Rooted in Winter, Wild in Truth

This episode marks the beginning of a new chapter for the podcast and an intentional pause to honor the season we are in, both collectively and within our bodies.

I (Heather) start by introducing the Wild & Rooted Woman mission, which is all about living in relationship with nature, honoring your nervous system wisdom, and reclaiming intuition and creativity during midlife and perimenopause.

Through the lens of Imbolc, we explore the quiet beginnings that happen beneath the surface, reminding us that rest, incubation, and subtle shifts are preparation. We also reflect on the Snow Moon in Leo, and how this connects to heart led integrity, creativity and self expression.  We share how these work together at a magical time of year and how this can be seen within the perimenopause body as well.

We close this episode with three Wild & Rooted practices designed to support your nervous system, hormones, and emotional wellbeing during this season, which offer you simple ways to tend your inner fire while honoring the need for softness and care.

I hope you enjoy.
